Due to the volatile nature of trading cards and frequent price fluctuations, all trading card sales are final. Detailed product images are provided to ensure customers are fully aware of the condition of items prior to purchase. However, in exceptional cases, returns may be considered only if the request is made on the same day the package is received. All returned items must have their original seal intact and be in unused, original condition.
If you are dissatisfied with your purchase, please contact us immediately so we can assist you. For returns not resulting from an error on the part of TradeCards, a 10% restocking fee may apply.
If a refund is approved by TradeCards, the refund will be processed within 6–7 working days and credited to the customer’s bank account.
Undelivered & Returned Packages
If a package is undelivered and returned to us, both the original shipping charge and the return shipping charge will be deducted, and the remaining balance will be refunded to the customer.
In cases of order cancellation or approved non-delivery, a 10% restocking fee will be deducted before the refund is processed.
Shipping Charge Adjustments
If the shipping charges paid upfront exceed the actual shipping cost (after considering packaging charges), the excess amount will be refunded in the form of a gift card.
NDR (Non-Delivery & Return Back)
Customers must ensure that their shipping address, phone number, and email address (used for communication) are accurate at the time of purchase. TradeCards will not be responsible for delivery issues caused by incorrect or incomplete details.
It is the customer’s responsibility to respond to courier communications and accept delivery. If the courier initiates an RTO (Return to Office) due to non-response or unavailability, applicable charges will be levied.
If an RTO is initiated, the refund will be processed only after deducting:
- Original shipping charges
- RTO charges
- Return delivery charges
