Delivery Timelines
We follow a shipping turnaround time of 7 days, so please place an order only if you are comfortable with this waiting period. Rest assured, every order is packed with extreme care and attention to ensure safe delivery.
All orders placed between Sunday and Friday are packed and labelled on Saturdays, and courier pickups are scheduled on Mondays.
Please review these timelines carefully before placing an order.
Shipping Schedule Overview:
- Shipping Turnaround Time: 7 Days
- Packing & Labelling: Saturday & Sunday
- Courier Pickups: Monday
- Estimated Delivery: 3–7+ Days (depending on location)
Example:
If you place an order between Monday and mid-Saturday, it will be packed on the upcoming Saturday and shipped the following Monday.
Orders placed on Sunday will also be shipped on the next Monday.
We will return to a faster schedule soon. Until then, please do not place an order if you cannot wait for approximately one week.
Shipping Charges & Insurance
Shipping charges displayed on the website are structured to keep costs affordable.
- Orders valued up to ₹2,500 are secured in case of loss by the courier company.
- Orders valued above ₹2,500 are not secured beyond this amount.
If you are placing a high-value order and wish to insure your shipment, please contact us at support@TradeCards.shop before ordering.
To keep shipping costs economical, orders may be declared at a lower value unless insurance is requested.
⚠ NOTE: Shipping charges will increase significantly if insurance is added.
1. Shipping Details
We take special care in packaging all items using bubble mailers, high-quality cardboard boxes, and protective packaging materials to ensure your order arrives in perfect condition.
As collectors ourselves, we understand the excitement of receiving trading cards and have designed our shipping process based on our own buying experiences.
2. Order Processing Time
Orders are monitored closely, and packing begins promptly once an order is placed.
All orders are dispatched within 4–5 working days (Monday to Friday).
Once shipped, you will receive email and SMS notifications containing your tracking number.
If you do not receive tracking details within two days, please contact us via Instagram or email us at support@TradeCards.shop.
3. Estimated Delivery Time
We ship via private courier services through Shiprocket, with an estimated delivery time of 4–5 days, as private couriers generally handle packages with extra care.
Important Note:
We do not offer Cash on Delivery (COD). All orders must be prepaid through the available payment gateway.
4. Refund & Cancellation Policy
Due to the volatile nature of trading cards and frequent price fluctuations, all sales are final.
Detailed product images are provided to clearly show product condition before purchase. However, in special cases, returns may be accepted only if requested on the same day of delivery.
Conditions for returns:
- Original seal must be intact
- Items must be unused and in original condition
If you are unhappy with your purchase, please contact us immediately so we can assist.
For returns not caused by an error from TradeCards, a 10% restocking fee may apply.
If a refund is approved by TradeCards, it will be processed within 6–7 working days and credited to the customer’s bank account.
5. Shipping Refund
If a single customer places multiple orders, we may refund excess shipping charges depending on the packaging or shipping status.
If products are already packed, a flat ₹40 packaging and handling fee will be deducted.
Example:
If the shipping charge is ₹150, ₹110 will be refunded.
NDR (Non-Delivery & Return Back)
Customers must ensure that the shipping address, phone number, and email ID (used for communication) are entered correctly at checkout. TradeCards is not responsible for delivery issues caused by incorrect details.
It is the customer’s responsibility to respond to the courier and receive the package. If the courier initiates an RTO (Return to Office) due to non-response or non-availability, charges will apply.
In case of RTO:
- Refunds will be processed after deducting:
- Original shipping charges
- RTO charges
- Return delivery charges
Other Important Points
- TradeCards is not responsible for courier delays once the shipment is handed over.
- We guarantee dispatch to the courier company within 2–3 days from the scheduled shipping day (Monday).
- For delivery delays or real-time updates, please contact the courier service directly.
- All deliveries are made to the address provided by the buyer and confirmed via email.
- Delivery timelines shown at checkout are approximate and not guaranteed.

If shipping charges paid upfront exceed the actual cost (after packaging), the excess amount will be returned in the form of a gift card.
If a package is undelivered and returned to us, both shipping and return shipping charges will be deducted, and the remaining amount will be refunded.
